Free cancellation up to 30 day(s) before arrival, then 25% cancellation fee up to 15 day(s) before arrival, then 50% cancellation fee up to 1 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.

In the event of cancellation by you for any reason whatsoever, penalties will be applied in the following proportions:
- Cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the rental period: no penalty applied, with the exception of bookings made via leboncoin, which are subject to a penalty of 20% of the rental price.
- Cancellation between 30 days and 15 days before the start of the rental period: penalty of 25% of the rental price.
- Cancellation between 15 days and 5 days before the start of the rental period: penalty of 50% of the rental price.
- Cancellation less than 1 days before the start of the rental period, or no-show on the arrival date: penalty of 100% of the rental price.
The rental price includes the cost of cleaning, linen and any extras taken at the time of booking.
Any penalty applied following cancellation by you will be retained by LOCATEAMS.
The balance of the rental price, after deduction of the penalty, will be reimbursed within 7 days of your request to cancel the reservation. LOCATEAMS then reserves the right to dispose of the accommodation immediately, as soon as your request for cancellation or no-show has been taken into account.
